Is it right for a judge to use their position to endorse an activist group? If yes, then doesn’t this mean that all judges can now publicly use their position to support activists, beliefs, protests or movements set by this precedent? The Pussy Hat Project, no matter which side you are on, is an activist group and is NOT supported by all women or men. We are living in a time of hyper-hypocrisy. This is due to the tolerance of one group, predominantly the right, of an intolerant opposite side, generally the left. Hyper-hypocrisy has become normalised in left thinking. When things go their way, then that’s considered correct. But when it goes opposite, then it’s considered racist, intolerable, discriminatory, bigoted and unfair.
